Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead a team of developers and provide guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives. - Design and develop software systems based on client needs and project specifications. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure the successful delivery of software solutions within the given timeframe and budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems. - Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to the project. - Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other modules. - Recommendation: Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Recommendation: Knowledge of database management systems. - Recommendation: Understanding of cloud computing and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
