Essential Duties

  • Lead entire supply planning process of wafer / chip loading, inventory control and delivery to meet customer expectations and to support revenue commit.
  • Collaborate with Operations, PLM, Sales and CSP in relation to overall demand requirement and build strategy.
  • Drive manufacturing team and outsourcing vendor to ensure optimal planning.
  • Manage supply planning KPIs.  Lead the development and improvement of supply planning processes.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders and outsourcing vendors.

Requirements 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required and a Master’s Degree in Supply Planning Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Supply Planning Manager in a high tech and fast paced environment
  • Technical exposure in semiconductor device and/or opto-electronic device and sub-assembly manufacturing environment.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great negotiation skill
  • Fluent Japanese speaker
  • Business level English speaker
