In this role you’ll make an impact by:

1）Responsible for maintaining and improving the stability of the company's equipment。

2）make risk assessment and implement effective solutions for key equipment. Simplify, optimize, and standardize preventive maintenance and reduce corrective maintenance driven by data analysis and cost insight

3）Do troubleshooting, root cause analysis and countermeasure for equipment breakdown Responsible for pressure equipment and pressure pipe compliance issue and technique management.   

4） As user manager lead the project that relative for equipment. Establishment of technical files.

5）Be responsible for updating the documents and drawings of equipment to ensure their validity.

To succeed you must hold:

1）Bachelor’s or master's degree in mechanical related majors.

2）Above 3 -5 years working experience in chemical, pharmaceutical and food manufactory fields.

3）Good leadership and project management skills, able to effectively arrange various tasks. innovate to improve our technology/way of working or lead challenging projects.

4）Maintenance management experience of TPM, familiar with equipment principle, such as compressor, chiller, pump, fans, and utility equipment

5）Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.

6）Teamwork spirit.
