Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer specializing in NodeJS and React or Angular, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive web applications using modern technologies. Your daily responsibilities will include creating robust and scalable server-side services with NodeJS, crafting responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React or Angular, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will actively contribute to architectural decisions, focus on application performance and security, and drive continuous improvement in development practices for reliable and efficient delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
You are expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in full-stack development, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The role involves taking charge of technical and design decisions within the team, engaging with various teams including product, UX, backend, QA, and DevOps, and designing, developing, and maintaining NodeJS backend services and APIs. You will also build and enhance frontend applications using React or Angular, address complex technical challenges spanning multiple teams, and ensure strict adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Active participation in code reviews, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to boost team capabilities, and contributing to improvements in application performance, scalability, and reliability are also key aspects of the role.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in NodeJS and React or Angular, backed by strong experience in developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS. Hands-on expertise with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular is essential, along with a solid understanding of full-stack architecture and design patterns. Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar is required, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly valued. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, experience with version control systems like Git, and knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms are important. A good grasp of Agile development methodologies will be beneficial.

Additional Information:
