Required Qualifications:
Three years of recruitment or marketing communications experience.
Basic knowledge of core technologies, including HTML, CSS, and usable and responsive design principles.
Experience with email marketing products, content management systems (CMS), and customer/constituent relationship management (CRM) software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in communications, marketing, business, or public health.
Five years of recruitment or marketing communications experience, with at least one year in higher education setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster productive working relationships with diverse constituencies.
Excellent writing and editing skills; experience with copywriting, digital and print promotion, and social media campaign content production.
Experience in graphic design and content development
Current in industry and enrollment marketing trends; willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills and decision-making abilities.
Flexible and adaptable; able to shift tactics and strategies as needed to accommodate program and policy changes.
Creativity in outlook and approach to recruitment and marketing.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
