Job Description: 

Intel is transforming under its IDM 2.0 strategy, aiming to build a foundry for both internal and external customers. Intel Foundry's Supply Chain Enablement (SCE) Team is looking for an experienced Supply Planning Business Architect to support our expanding Intel Foundry Services business. This role enables you to find and fix issues critical to foundry customer needs. This position will have responsibility to design supply planning solutions to support the needs of Intel Foundry Customers. The

The Architect is responsible for but not limited to:
• Working in partnership with our team of integration leads and across Intel's supply chain organizations.
• Supporting programs through implementation to confirm the technical solution meets evolving business needs while avoiding overengineered processes and tools.
• Delivering the future state of Foundry Services (FS) supply planning and supply chain solutions.
• Work closely with Intel IT, Factory Automation, and business integration managers to translate FS customer needs into detailed enterprise architecture delivered within the project timeline and translated into future roadmaps.
• Providing design criteria for control and oversight of technical solution providers to ensure delivered capabilities are in line with the design intentions and objectives.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Experience working with factory and engineering personnel.
• Data Analytics: an ability to understand various data and define a plan to drive the correct behaviors and decisions.
• Demonstrated broad internal Supply Chain and project management knowledge.
• Supply Chain Software: proficiency in Intel's current supply chain tools and ERP systems.
• System Architecture Design: Knowledge of designing and integrating changes into various systems and technologies within the internal supply chain.
• Strategic Planning: an ability to develop long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Risk Management: expertise in identifying risks and mitigations within the supply chain.
• Cost optimization: optimizing processes to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Analytical Thinking: strong ability to analyze complex supply chain problems and develop solutions.
• Process Improvement: Skills in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Communication: ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

1 year contract with potential to be extended 1 more year.

Qualifications:

For consideration, the candidate must meet the minimum qualifications. Preferred qualifications are additional considerations beyond the minimum and are a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field of study.

• 5+ years of internal Intel supply chain experience, AND at least one of the below:

• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, OR

• 2+ years' experience in planning or customer fulfillment, OR

• 2+ years' experience with internal supply chain processes and positive impact on customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, computer science, or a related field of study.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00

 

 

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
