Position Summary: 

The warehouse associate will work as part of the warehouse team.  In this position, the warehouse associate will receive, store, and retrieve materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all orders to support business operations

This is a Temporary position for 4-6 months with potential to move into full time role in the future.

Work You’ll Do: 

  •  Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
  • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.
  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, and color or product code.
  • File work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated storage area.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
  • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
  • Open skids, crates and other containers.
  • Operate a forklift, pallet jack, or material moving equipment

Overview of team this role will be a part of the Windsor Warehouse team.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Must be well organized and manage time well
  • E1 Experience a plus (JD Edwards program)
  • Forklift License required (will train)
  • High school diploma preferred
