Location: This role is fully remote within Mexico; we set a location because some job boards require it.

The Pay:  $25,000 - $40,000 Mexican Pesos per month is the starting pay range for this role. The pay is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The  pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. 

 

Purpose of a Portfolio Revenue Analyst

Kasa is looking for a Revenue Management Analyst / Senior Analyst  to maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.

You will work closely with, and report to, the Lead Revenue Manager as part of Kasa’s Revenue Management Team. You'll collaborate to develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.

This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication to translate performance data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with property partners and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and financial strategy, to drive growth and profitability across Kasa's US-based portfolio.

Expected Results

  • Understand the Market and Execute Yield Strategies
    • Understand market and demand drivers well enough to forecast competitive sets’ Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90-120 days.
    • In conjunction with the Lead Revenue Manager, design, implement, monitor, and fully execute yield strategies aimed at driving profitability and growing RevPAR Index.
  • Communicate and Pivot
    • Monitor market performance, communicate proactively, and quickly pivot strategies that allow the majority of your portfolio to achieve positive RevPAR Index Change and financial forecasts.
    • Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio weekly pickup, the impact of current strategies, suggestions for new strategies, and risk/upside within the financial forecast.
  • Forecasts and The Bottom Line
    • Conduct forecast processes that consistently result in financial forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
    • Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix in a manner that helps drive Net Revenue and Operating Profit up Year-Over-Year.
