How you’ll make an impact

1. You will act as finance business partner to LSU controller and support on daily operational controlling activities.

2. You will perform the analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, also supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.

3. You will collaborate and work with local controlling units together, to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance.

4. You will support the process optimization and standardization also support the FCM setup and validation.

5. You will implement internal controls and related coordination tasks, build up the dashboard of LSU CN controlling and do support in other tasks assigned by supervisor.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You will hold a bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.

2. Depth knowledge and 5+ year operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing company.

3. Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools.

4. Strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities.

5. Fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure.

7. Fluent English skill.
