Caretaker (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Bremen, we are currently looking for a reliable and committed Caretaker (m/f/d) on a mini-job basis. Are you skilled in practical tasks, able to keep things organized, and enjoy ensuring everything runs smoothly? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Your profile:

• Skilled in manual work with a good technical understanding
• Reliable, proactive, and responsible
• Friendly demeanor and good command of German
• Ideally, previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar role

Your responsibilities:

• General caretaker duties (e.g. minor repairs, maintenance)
• Inspection and upkeep of outdoor areas (e.g. waste disposal, winter services, gardening)
• Point of contact for tradespeople and service providers on site
• Support with relocations and internal events
• Monitoring of building systems (e.g. lighting, heating systems)
