Empower, Connect, Evolve, and Inspire - these are the values that drive us and make BMI a company where you can thrive and grow.

Join BMI Group and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our competence center, shaping the future with a diverse team in Vilnius!

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join us in Vilnius. Reporting directly to the Data Quality and Process Performance Reporting Team Lead, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence. Instead of just managing numbers, you will leverage advanced process mining and analytics tools to uncover trends, optimize performance metrics, and ensure our global leadership team has the insights needed to drive efficiency across the entire organization.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Data Extraction & Manipulation: Develop and implement robust data collection methods directly from our enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC). Clean, organize, and manage large datasets to identify critical trends and patterns.

  • Process Mining & Reporting: Create and deploy ad-hoc, time-sensitive reports using the Celonis Process Mining tool to facilitate rapid, data-driven decision-making by senior management.

  • KPI & Performance Management: Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and GBS Tower Leads to design, review, and maintain business performance dashboards, scorecards, and monthly metric packs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key partner to internal teams and the Head of GBS. Schedule regular alignment meetings with Team Leads to verify data sources, present KPI insights, and deliver clear recommendations.

  • Data Continuous Improvement: Regularly audit KPIs for logic, accuracy, and effectiveness. Support ongoing initiatives focused on improving data quality, expanding automation, and driving self-service reporting capabilities.

About you:

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of dedicated, work-related experience in data manipulation, performance analysis, and quantitative methods.

  • Technical Toolkit: High proficiency in relational databases and data analysis tools, specifically SQL, Excel (Advanced Microsoft/G-Suite), and visualization platforms like Tableau or Looker.

  • Process Intelligence: Direct experience or a strong baseline knowledge in developing business performance dashboards, scorecards, and tracking KPIs within enterprise environments (exposure to Celonis or SAP S/4 / ECC is highly preferred).

  • Communication & Soft Skills: Native-level or excellent professional fluency in English (written and verbal). You must possess the unique ability to translate complex, highly technical data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.

  • Mindset: A strong analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to data integrity.

What we offer:

Opportunity to contribute to an Evolving Business Services Centre: You'll have the chance to influence and contribute to the ongoing development of our established Business Services Centre.

Vibrant & Diverse Environment: Work in an international and talented team with plenty of opportunities to gain diverse experiences.

Professional Development & Qualifications: As an ever-changing organization, we offer various avenues for professional development and skill enhancement. You'll expand your expertise and grow within your role, and we provide comprehensive ACCA support to help you advance your professional qualifications.

Flexible Hybrid Model: Enjoy a balanced work week with our hybrid model, which includes one day of remote work each week. As well as flexible work hours.

Health & Well-being:

  • Private health and accident insurance

  • Access to free sports facilities in the office building

Convenient Perks:

  • Lunch discounts at iLunch restaurant

  • New and modern office with free parking space

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3000 and 4000 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
