About the Role

Responsible for performing accurate and effective demand analysis, this role requires strong communication skills to ensure coordination across internal departments and customers.

A key focus of the position is leading process automation initiatives to enhance customer response times, strengthen data standardization, and support continuous improvement within the MBU team.

What You Will Do

• Make daily analysis of Finished Goods inventory levels to avoid any shortage shipment
• Make analysis of customer releases week by week to detect demand variations
• Make weekly customer demand planning to materials planning group according to the current customer demand
• Ensure communication with all areas involved to meet customer shipment requirements
• Ensure the production plan schedule for all programs
• Support and drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual workload, and improve response times
• Standardized information flows and data formats to increase consistency and reduce errors.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the forecasting and planning processes.

• Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Effective communication skills.
• ERP Systems Knowledge
• Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas such as vlookup, xlookup, sumif, ifs, advanced combo charts design, etc.)
• English B1+ (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).

Important Information

The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) and the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard and the Health and Safety Management System according with ISO 45001.

As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

The employee has the authority granted by the company through this document to make decisions for the benefit of the company to ensure the conformity of the product, its quality, functionality, the health and safety of the person who intervenes in the process according with quality, safety and environmental systems and customer specific requirements.
