About the Role

This is a senior product role at a Series A B2B SaaS company building a logistics orchestration and quality compliance platform for cold chain — the system that keeps vaccines, biologics, and other temperature-sensitive products safe in transit. You'll own the roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents, sitting at the intersection of pharma logistics, regulated compliance workflows, and cutting-edge applied AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding suite of AI agents (live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, LSP management, and custom customer-built agents).

  • Define and enforce a clear agentic product contract: agents surface context and recommendations with visible reasoning, execute only on explicit user delegation, and log every action for audit.

  • Engage directly and regularly with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain ops to translate complex, regulated workflows into elegant product experiences.

  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to ship AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.

  • Define concrete success metrics — decisions automated, hours returned, releases accelerated — and rigorously track them.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in product management or technical product engineering, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.

  • Proven track record collaborating with engineering teams to deliver software features on a roadmap, including creating and maintaining PRDs and product roadmaps.

  • Fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures — enough to work credibly alongside ML engineers and make principled scope decisions.

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration across design, analytics, data science, and QA to ship production-quality features.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience defining and tracking KPIs for shipped features.

  • Experience working in or with fully remote, US-based distributed teams.

  • Background in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated environments is a meaningful plus.

  • Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 USD annually

  • Equity offered

  • 5 weeks PTO and full health benefits

  • Visa sponsorship: not available
