Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a clear vision and mission for the Commercial Channel Sales team to ensure all members of the organization understand clear, simple objectives and priorities. 
  • Align corporate strategy to effectively implement Commercial Channel sales revenue target. This requires a deep understanding of the strategic direction and strong ability to influence direction of individual business units to ensure the whole is better than the parts.
  • Accountable for meeting revenue targets and a member of the worldwide Sales Leadership team implementing critical initiatives across the organization. 
  • This position will ensure and facilitate revenue growth through direct contact with customers and prospects and field teams. 
  • Provide the vital leadership, support, and mentorship to ensure the Commercial Channel strategy is aligned with business direction and supports the accomplishment of the overall company objectives. 
  • Exhibiting and promoting Micron’s core values of People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration and Customer Focus. 
  • This role will require high energy and the ability to multi-task, communicate and execute exceedingly well. 
  • Lead a global high-performing team of sales leaders and team members and ensure they have clarity of purpose and ownership. 
  • Ensure a great customer/partner experience and leading the business and strategy

  • Consistent track record (10+ years) in the Semiconductor Industry and Commercial Channel Sales Account management.
  • Consistent track record to develop strategic Commercial channel sales business plans. 
  • Customer focused approach with persuasive communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Advanced negotiation and contractual agreements skillset required. 
  • Strong executive presence and Sr. Executive / C-suite level communication skills 
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working across multiple geos.

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. 

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$273,000.00 - $503,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
