We´re seeking a driven and experienced leader for our Cash Management team within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven experience in payments, collections, and treasury transformation solutions driven by digital innovation. This role is instrumental in driving our cash management strategy and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing cash management solutions, including payments and collections, B2B2C solutions, and digitalization initiatives.
Driving innovation in cash management by leveraging connectivity solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
Building and sustaining strong relationships with corporate and Institutional clients, understanding their cash management needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
Leading and developing a commercial team by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Cooperating with key stakeholders such as Product, IT and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of cash management solutions.
Participating actively in Request for Proposals (RFPs) for both the Argentinian and international clients.
Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cash Management.
Solid understanding of cash management products, market practices, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
