MCL is part of Maine’s continuum of crisis intervention and stabilization services, providing 24/7 telephone, text, and chat support for individuals and families experiencing mental health crises. Our trained crisis support specialists offer free, confidential assistance to help callers navigate difficult moments and connect to appropriate resources.
We are seeking a Relief Clinical Supervisor to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role provides real-time clinical leadership and support to crisis support specialists during active contacts, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for those in crisis.

Training commitment: Approximately 10 hours per week until fully trained. After training, at least two shifts per month are required to maintain skills and stay current with updates.
