What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will detail our vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards before being rented. This includes washing, vacuuming, sanitizing interiors, and removing trash. You will also refuel vehicles, check fluid levels and tire pressure, inspect for auto body damage, and monitor dashboard warning indicators.

As needed, you may drive, park, and organize vehicles across our airport lots. Your work helps ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customers.

As a Pick Your Shift employee, you’ll begin with a scheduled, paid onboarding session where you’ll meet the team and get introduced to Avis Budget Group. During onboarding, you’ll complete role-specific online learning and in-person skill assessments to prepare you for success. Once training is complete, you’ll be ready to start selecting the shifts that work best for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions with a moderate noise level
• Flexibility to work shifts that best fit your schedule
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and continuously stand, walk, bend, enter and exit vehicles, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
