We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Professional to join and work with our teams in Mainland China. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative brand promotion strategies, elevate brand awareness in Mainland China, and lead high-impact marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute brand promotion strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation in Mainland China.
- Oversee the strategic planning, organization, and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation of marketing copy.
- Plan and implement online and offline marketing activities based on product positioning and user needs, ensuring consistent brand messaging across different regions and countries.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to drive the execution of marketing plans and achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage integrated marketing communications (IMC) across social media, PR, and media channels in alignment with product launch schedules.
- Operate and manage social media channels, including WeChat Official Accounts, websites, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), to build brand image, drive targeted traffic, and increase self-registered merchants and sales leads.
Who You Are
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required. A full-time bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of marketing theories and methodologies. Experience in multinational tech companies is a plus.
- Strong strategic and planning skills, a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale events, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with new media tools and content creation capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in overseas social media, PR, media planning, and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in new media tools and content creation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with KOCs, KOLs, and with internal and external teams.
