As a Franchise Relations Coordinator on the Neighborly ProTradeNet team, a typical day for you will include:​

  • Drive sales and customer acquisition

  • Cultivate strong relationships with franchise owners and corporate stakeholders

  • Align ProTradeNet programs with broader brand strategies

  • Empower franchise owners with knowledge of ProTradeNet's value and support

  • Optimize program participation and rebates through strategic initiatives

  • Expand sales and revenue within assigned accounts

  • Monitor program performance to ensure effectiveness and accuracy

  • Occasional travel (approximately 10%) for key meetings and events

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or operations.

  • Skills:

    • Ability to handle multiple conversations at once

    • Strategic thinker

    • Analytical

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required.

  • Schedule / in-office requirements: can work remotely or Hybrid (Waco, TX)
