Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will create and implement Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of service delivery processes. - Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues effectively. - Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and convey technical information clearly. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships. - Experience with incident management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
