Role: Senior Product Manager – Ad Experiences
What You’ll Do
As part of Walmart Connect’s Product team, you’ll help build industry-defining, omni-channel ad experiences at scale. Your work will enhance the shopping journey for Walmart customers by improving product discovery, while also enabling suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns.

This role will lead initiatives to improve the shopping experience through relevant and engaging ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building omni-channel ad experiences with a platform-first mindset, collaborating closely with platform and engineering teams on all aspects of ad management, targeting, delivery, and reporting. You’ll support the needs of the world’s largest brands by helping shoppers research, discover, and buy from leading brands across Walmart properties.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
