About this role

The Treasury Data Automation and Systems Expert will play a pivotal role in transforming treasury operations through data-driven insights, automation, and system enhancements. This role supports the APAC Treasury team and contributes to global initiatives by leveraging AI, programming tools, and financial acumen to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and enable strategic decision-making. In this role, you’ll be the IT SMEs for APAC Treasury and own high‑visibility projects that collaborate with global peers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support APAC and Global Treasury teams in streamlining processes and reducing manual, repetitive tasks through automation, including but not limited to:
  • Designing and implementing automated reporting solutions from data collection to reporting and visualization.
  • Applying AI and programming techniques to develop and enhance financial models for forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Utilizing tools such as PowerShell, SQL, VBA, Power BI, and others.
  • Support system enhancements, including the Quantum treasury system and SAP models related to treasury and payment work (e.g., In‑House Cash, Cash Management, Payment Medium Workbench).
  • Other treasury related tasks assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, data science, AI or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data automation or related field, SAP system development or maintenance.
  • Experience with treasury management systems such as Quantum, Kyriba, GTreasury, or Wallstreet Systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in programing tools such as PowerShell, SQL, VBA, and other data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Good written and verbal communication skill in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience in treasury or finance would be a plus.

Additional Notes
