Join our Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) Finance Transformation team and help shape the future of financial reporting and analytics. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, work with cutting-edge tools like PowerBI and Axiom, and influence how we deliver insights across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our transformation team, you’ll:

• Lead and support strategic projects to modernize financial reporting tools and processes.
• Develop and optimize PowerBI dashboards that drive decision-making across the division.
• Manage and enhance Axiom-based reporting processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on customer feedback and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning and digital fluency.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
• Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

What Sets You Apart

• Strong proficiency in PowerBI and Axiom (or SQL); Proven experience developing PowerBI dashboards and working with Axiom or SQL-based reporting tools.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
