Product Pipeline

We want you as our Commercial Launch Lead for our exciting Hematology pipeline

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Launch Lead for Hematology to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving the successful market introduction of our new hematology therapies. As a Commercial Launch Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive launch strategies and operational plans. You will work closely with our efficient and agile cross-functional team, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure our products make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Upon launch, you will transition to the role of Commercial Lead (Brand Manager) for our new and existing hematology portfolio. In this capacity, you will be accountable for the continued growth of our hematology products. For the right candidate, the role can expand into our oncology and specialty areas in addition.

In this role you will…

  • Develop and implement launch plans aligning with GSK’s goals.
  • Coordinate close with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs.
  • Develop patients and customer journeys, to understand and act on medical needs
  • Foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KEEs) and partners.
  • Manage forecast assumptions, supply accuracy, and medicine distribution in collaboration with Finance.
  • Post launch, manage the brand lifecycle from conception to market execution and performance analysis.
  • Ensure all launch activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Why you? 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years of marketing experience as Brand Manager
  • Previous launch experience
  • Experience in Hematology and/or Oncology
  • Forecast and supply management experience
  • Good understanding of the Norwegian National & Regional healthcare systems, particularly secondary care, and the key influence points in these networks
  • Ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, Finance, Supply)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge to drive and optimise brand strategy
  • Successful track record of product launches
  • Experience of independently prioritising and leading projects end-to-end with local, Regional and Global teams
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving approach 
  • Skilled in the creation, management and delivery of brand content
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
