About The Team:
The Demand Planning team is transitioning from a legacy operating model into a Predictive Intelligence function. This role has a dual objective: 1) driving the innovation required to architect the standardized forecasting tools, demand simulation frameworks and future-state processes that will unlock scalable growth across the UK, IE, and International markets, and 2) ensuring operational continuity for Ireland forecasting following the Ops BI/Ops Tech integration.
IE Demand Planning Lead: Own the end-to-end IE demand plan, ensuring decision-time accuracy across Operations to optimize costs.
Who You Are:
Outcome-Focused Analytics: Turn complex data models into clear operational actions that improve forecast accuracy, reduce cost-to-serve, and maintain strong service levels.

Systematic Problem Solving: Identify root causes of issues and redesign processes to prevent recurring errors and future disruptions.
Strategic Impact:
Maximising Talent ROI: Automate routine execution and standardise processes so teams can focus on strategic innovation and higher-value work.
Scalable Operations: Build standard tools and processes that support expansion into new markets and products with minimal additional manual effort.
Reducing Waste & Cost: Improve supply chain resilience to lower waste and product substitutions driven by demand volatility.
