Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, the Senior Organizational Development Advisor acts as a strategic partner to leaders to advance organizational capabilities, support cultural transformation, and strengthen the organization’s sustainable performance.

How you will contribute to collective success:

As a Senior Organizational Development Advisor, you will be involved in the following areas:

Talent Management and Succession Planning

  • Define and lead the talent management and succession strategy in alignment with business priorities.

  • Identify critical roles and high‑potential talent; maintain and evolve talent maps and succession plans (Workday or equivalent platform).

  • Facilitate talent reviews and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Support and monitor individual development plans (IDPs) for key talent and successors.

Performance and Organizational Alignment

  • Design, govern, and evolve the performance management framework to support strategy and cultural evolution.

  • Deploy robust practices for goal setting, continuous feedback, and periodic evaluations.

  • Ensure integration of performance management with other HR levers (recognition, development, compensation).

Leadership and Organizational Capability Development

  • Design and deliver structured leadership development programs tailored to both emerging and experienced leaders.

  • Implement and guide coaching and mentoring approaches that foster individual and collective growth.

  • Manage and interpret psychometric and leadership assessments to inform decisions and development plans.

Engagement, Recognition, and Culture

  • Develop and deploy employee engagement strategies, including surveys, organizational diagnostics, and action plans.

  • Lead recognition initiatives to reinforce behaviors aligned with organizational values and desired culture.

  • Measure the impact of recognition programs and adjust levers to maximize their effect on engagement and performance.

Analytics and Decision‑Making

  • Leverage talent data and key indicators to assess strategy effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Produce dashboards and analyses to support senior leadership’s strategic decision‑making.

Compliance, Safety, and Operational Rigor

  • Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Actively contribute to a strong health and safety culture: intervene in risky situations and promote and apply established rules and procedures.

The type of team player who thrives with us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
    (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and/or organizational development in complex environments.

  • Strong expertise in HR systems (Workday strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy integrated, organization‑wide strategies.

  • Excellent communication, influence, and change management skills.

  • Advanced competencies in HR analytics and project management.

  • CRHA or CRIA professional designation (preferred).
