We are actively hiring for a Community Impact Consultant!

Your Role: The Community Impact Consultant supports the design and delivery of social impact and employee engagement programs that advance the organization’s purpose and strategy. This role contributes to the development of initiatives and nonprofit partnerships that reflect the company’s values and drive meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Working collaboratively across teams, the consultant helps design, implement, and evaluate programs that strengthen nonprofit relationships, engage employees, and deliver measurable results. The position combines creative program design with data-driven analysis and operational execution to support the organization’s evolving social impact strategy.

Your Work:

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide social impact and employee engagement programs aligned with business and community priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of nonprofit partnerships, including relationship management, reporting, and collaboration on shared goals.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote a culture of purpose and connection.
  • Track, analyze, and report on participation, impact metrics, and partnership performance using tools such as Benevity.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences highlighting program strategy, impact, and results.
  • Lead the creation of communication strategies that showcase program achievements and community stories.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-functional collaboration opportunities to align social impact programs with enterprise strategies and inclusion and belonging objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in employee engagement and nonprofit collaboration.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and execution for key community and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as lead administrator of giving and volunteerism software, ensuring excellent user experience for our employees and timely disbursal of funding to community partners.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of successful experience in client services, nonprofit capacity building, fundraising, volunteer management, project management, program development and/or partnership and relationship management. You understand community impact and how it can make positive change, and you thrive in a fast-paced work environment that demands a high-standard of excellence
  • 6+ years of related experience in community impact, social responsibility, employee engagement, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in a corporate environment
  • Project management – You excel at project management from the large-picture planning to the fine details and have demonstrated experience in taking a concept from idea to execution, working effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders – from corporate executives and nonprofit leaders to colleagues and volunteers
  • Relationship management – As an experienced relationship manager, you take a consultative approach to working with partners, with an eye toward finding thoughtful and creative ways for a mutually-beneficial win. You combine passion and strategy to activate change and maximize impact
  • Innovative – Two ways people describe you are curious and entrepreneurial. You are always looking for the next challenge, get excited by talking to people and building an understanding of their passions and expertise. You’re excited by the challenge of figuring out how you can build programs that inspire a shift in individuals, organizations and systems to make a better world
  • Data Insights – Proficiency in data analysis and application. You have experience in making meaning out of data and leveraging those insights to assess and improve the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
  • Preference and experience in a flex work environment
  • Understanding corporate giving programs, ESG, or community investment frameworks
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to varied audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Solid understanding of the Benevity platform or similar corporate social responsibility systems
  • Ability to coordinate sophisticated programs, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and with community partners
