Summary: As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your role will involve documenting the implementation of cloud security controls and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's data and infrastructure in the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and resolve incidents and services requests for SailPoint Perform troubleshooting of issues with system integrations including Directory servers, applications integrated for account provisioning/de-provisioning, user identity lifecycle data and birthright access provisioning Perform troubleshooting of issues for applications integrated with SailPoint Manage and modify JML workflows and approvals configurations Manage SoD rules, RBAC policies, entitlements and roles Run certification campaigns and resolution of incidents pertaining to access certification Incident, Problem and change management as per agreed SLAs Provide guidance for troubleshooting system & functional issue Coordinate with SailPoint as needed for resolution of product related issues Problem management & Root cause analysis Update user, operations documentation, and knowledge management database including lessons learned for continuous service improvement Perform compliance and governance monitoring and reporting Release management and testing support Onboarding of simple & moderate complexity applications to the IGA platform -SailPoint IdentityNow Implementation and Management: Deploy, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. Ensure the platform is effectively integrated with existing IT and security infrastructure. Identity and Access Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of user identities and access permissions. Implement and enforce policies for identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls. Governance and Compliance: Configure and manage identity governance policies, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and policy enforcement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal security policies. Integration and Optimization: Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with other systems and applications (e.g., HR systems, directory services, cloud applications). Optimize the platform to enhance performance, scalability, and security. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor identity and access management activities and generate reports on access permissions, policy compliance, and system performance. Analyze data to identify and address potential security issues. Incident Response: Respond to and investigate identity-related security incidents. Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with relevant teams to remediate issues and enhance security measures. User Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users and IT staff on SailPoint IdentityNow features and best practices. Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in identity management and SailPoint IdentityNow. Continuously evaluate and improve identity management processes and platform configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure that identity management practices align with organizational goals and security requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security controls in cloud environments. - Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies. - Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security platforms like AWS Security Hub or Azure Security Center. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
