Within the Customer Success team, the mission of the Account Manager is to ensure that Agicap delivers the expected added value to our clients when they subscribe to the tool. You will work for the Spend Management task force.

- Your mission as an AM - Expansion Specialist :You will be responsible for all types of Agicap clients, from the smallest (€5-15 million turnover) to the largest (€50-300 million turnover). You'll need to be creative to find the most personalized solution possible.
- Targeted and Personalized Prospecting: Identify in our client list the opportunity and reach out to key decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Treasurers) via phone.
- In-Depth Needs Qualification: Conduct qualification and discovery meetings using the SPICED method to understand your prospect’s challenges, pain points, and impact. Developing strong listening skills is essential at this stage.
- Consultative Approach: Showcase Agicap's value through tailored use cases.
- Opportunity Development: Build strong relationships with prospects. At Agicap.
- Work with internal teams to generate leads
- Contribute to the development of the task force and the spend product.
