What you’ll be doing...

As part of DMBM-Marketing Automation, you will be helping on onboarding the work stream to Adobe Workfront for all of Verizon Consumer Groups. In this role, you will interact with cross-functional teams working throughout Verizon bringing new experiences to life for our Customers.

You will help in executing the solution in the workfront. Your deep knowledge of the Workfront tool will help to determine the best approaches for implementations that best meet business needs. 

• Set up and configure projects in Adobe Workfront, ensuring accurate and efficient project planning and execution.

• Collaborate with the work stream leads and solution architects on understanding the technical requirements and implement the solution in the workfront.

• You will work on Project Management, Process improvement, data analysis and ensuring an efficient workflow solution to build on Adobe Workfront.

• Conduct training sessions for team members on Adobe Workfront usage and best practices.

You display initiative and resourcefulness in achieving goals but are comfortable brainstorming and sharing ideas in a team environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to speak effectively to internal and external stakeholders. You can partner across multiple business and technology teams. You should have hands on on the Adobe Workfront and knowledge on the Adobe Fusion. You should be a pro-active self learner, passionate about acquiring new knowledge and skills, eager to explore and implement innovative solution.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 4 years of work experience.

• 2 or more years of relevant work experience.

• Hands-on experience on Adobe workfront

• Knowledge on Project and program management. 

• Team player with good collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of Google Suite.

• Experience with report generation, dashboard creation with insightful visualization.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Knowledge of tools integration in Adobe Workfront.

• Have worked on solutioning on building the components in the workfront for the given  use case.

• Conducting training sessions to  the teams on tool adoption.

• Basic knowledge on the tools integration.

• Identified and suggested automations for the work flows.
