Job Summary

Support technical analysis of electrical system manufacturing processes, focusing on production efficiency, cost optimization, quality assurance, regulatory safety compliance, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.

• Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.

• Providing coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.

• Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

• Development and implementation of capital project

• Best practices trainer for the operations team

• Support for electrical problems with customers

• Development of electrical tests

• Knowledge of leak inspection equipment

Degree Requirement

• Electrical, electronic, electromechanical, or related engineering degree is required. (Or in last semester)

• Intermediate English is required.

Skill description

Collaborative Automation

• Knowledge of ATA, CDL, and Ethernet networks

• Basic knowledge of PLCs

• Basic knowledge of programming or ECU or ECM programming software

Engineering

• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams

• Basic knowledge of telematics and displays

• Knowledge of automotive electrical connectors

• Advanced use of multimeters & electrical measuring instruments

Manufacturing Processes​

• Basic knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge in NPI & NSI project development

Additional information

• This position is located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

• The work schedule is Monday through Friday (6:24 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

• This position may require travel up to 10% of the time (domestic).

• Domestic relocation is not available for this position.
