Responsibilities
Responsible for new full-life cycle WMS startups across the SCLS network
Responsible for developing new product/ service-oriented strategies
Communicate strategies to the technical team and implement them.
Develop, document and maintain complex business models and should interact with all departments and should participate on business meetings of the organization.
Develop solutions for complex business problems inside the organization.
Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and with other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk.
Contributes and leads team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Able to work with APIs and Integration mapping between different customer’s ERP and ordering systems
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Leads testing efforts.
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
Communicates and applies project standards.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related technology preferred
High School Diploma/GED Required
Must have at least two (2) years of related experience and/or training supporting the Softeon WMS including prior experience with implementation.
Experience in training other associates/employees on Softeon strongly preferred.
Experience with systems for multi-site warehousing/distribution/fulfillment/logistics operations
Experience with OMS, CRM preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have working knowledge of process management and the project management life cycle
Must have a minimum of 3+ years of WMS experience
Must have experience with process management
Must have strong analysis skills to uncover root causes of issues and present preventative measures for true resolution
Must be willing to travel for business up to 20% of the time.
Experience in logistics including warehousing, packaging and fulfillment are preferred
Must possess decision making and problem-solving skills
Must be able to “learn on the fly”
Must be customer focused and possess a high degree of integrity and trust
Must have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
