As an Inventory Accuracy Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our materials management process—ensuring precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our production and warehouse operations. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain a cycle count program using SAP to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Perform daily inventory audits across multiple locations.

• Analyze discrepancies and conduct root cause investigations.

• Collaborate with Operations and Planning to review BOMs and resolve issues.

• Work with buyers to address material discrepancies and packaging concerns.

• Support customer service with accurate delivery timelines.

• Provide daily reporting on plan vs. actual performance and associated costs.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Experience in planning and/or manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Knowledge of BOMs and material master data.

• Forklift license preferred.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a collaborative mindset.
