What you'll do:
The Oracle EBS / HRMS Analyst will support the application management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle EBS version R12+ and a strong understanding of HRMS processes, with a focus on Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the application lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules.

  • Support HRMS and Payroll processes, including Hire-to-Retire activities such as Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations.

  • Provide expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Compensation Workbench, Payroll (US), Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations.

This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.

What you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite version R12+ with a focus on HRMS and HCM modules.

  • Expertise in the following Oracle EBS HCM modules:

    • Compensation Workbench

    • P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Payroll (US)

    • P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Performance Management

    • P1 - Oracle EBS HCM Time & Labor

    • P1 - Oracle EBS HCM User Productivity Toolkit

  • Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes, including Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
