Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits. In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting configuration testing, implementation, and enhancements within Workday.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing of Workday Benefits configurations, including enrollment cycles, life event changes, and open enrollment processes.
- Support testing of compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus cycles, and other reward programs.
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership to validate and support new compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Provide functional expertise to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Workday modules.
- Document processes, test cases, and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS/HCM systems with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics.
- Knowledge of Workday Security and Business Process Framework.
- Ability to manage UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end validation.
- Familiarity with change management and HR program implementation.
