Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. The engineer actively oversees the progress of the project, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures smooth delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving the project forward effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Competence in version control systems and collaborative development environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
