Build Customer focused Mindset
- Develop North Asia Business Strategy
- Identify opportunities and direct engage top local accounts
- Understand competitor intelligence and find differentiated value from our ingredients
- Manages the KPI for distributor(s), working out action plan with distributors to close the gap if any
- Actively utilize Sales Force tool to track opportunities, consistently update leads, opportunities and call reports
- Drive materials localization project
- Responsible to prepare compelling presentation and deliver it at customer visit, trade shows regarding avenues of new application or new technologies
- Feedback in development of Sales Toolkits (prototypes / concepts) and value propositioning strengthening for North Asia with the help from Technical Lead in Singapore

- Resourceful to work in an environment set for growth (new product pipelines, new markets. etc)
- Summarize each customer visits finding and find the opportunity to develop new products and unique value of existing products
- Work with technical and marketing team to drive innovation and story telling
Build Great Talent
- Collaborate with the local sales team to facilitate development of cross fertilization (i.e. Food, Industrial sales, Pharma, etc)
- Develop a good reputation for Ingredion in the BHC industry through marcom and personal branding
- Collaborate with sales outside China to share/learn of success stories, trends and news top local accounts
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharma or Cosmetics Chemistry
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in Personal Care & home industry
- Excellent knowledge in Skin Care (Leave on / Rinse off), Body care, baby care Hair Care, and Home Care Chemistry, Formulation and Testing. Technical support is preferred
- Preferably handle both commodity and functional ingredients such as starch, thickeners, humectants, emulsifiers, encapsulating agents,etc.
- Comfortable working in lean environment and influence others
- Effectively communicate, interact and work collaboratively with peers, customers and regional colleagues.
- Successful track record of projects with Global Key Accounts and Domestic top accounts
- Preferably managing the business from scratch to sizable revenue
- Experience in effectively managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

- Travel may constitute up to 30 percent of the time on the job within North Asia and the occasional regional meeting.
