What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.
Responsibilities
The Accounts Receivables (AR) Team Lead assists with daily operations of the accounts receivable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims, including denials and the maximation of cash flow. This role is responsible for optimizing AR processes and supporting the organization’s financial health through effective management of outstanding receivables.
