Support the OMT Cost Program team in cost planning, control & cross‑functional coordination. This internship provides hands‑on learning in cost management, saving processes, and project execution in Micron.

• Understand overall cost structure and process
• Analyze and report on cost performance, categorized savings, finding opportunities for improvement.
• Able to complete projects and work with multi-functional teams to initial cost impact assessments and status tracking
• Deliver reporting solutions using Business Intelligence tools
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to navigate complex cost‑management scenarios, with effective partnership and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Proven capability to constructively challenge assumptions and influence decisions in a dynamic, high‑demand engineering environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
• Exceptional analytical abilities paired with outstanding oral, written, and technical communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field or related experience.
• Project management experience
• Fab engineering, cost experience is a plus.
