Job Overview
The Sales Ops Coordinator will work within the Operations Team and be responsible for supporting the Med Affairs  business in all areas of opportunity management and operations.  They will provide support to the commercial and finance teams in ensuring opportunities are setup and processed correctly in order that revenue recognition and billing happen on time and according to company guidelines, as well as running corresponding reports and analyses.

Essential Functions
• Supports operations initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, time sheet process or other operations systems and infrastructure projects.
• Proactively develops knowledge of business and function.
• Assists local functions by tracking, providing frequent reports, reporting progress and highlighting potential issues as opportunities.
• Documents and coordinates processes and systems rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless executive of plans.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• Experience in sales administration will be a plus
• Good PC applications (CRM tool, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,) skills.
• Good focus on process and detail; good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional English (written communication)
