We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Marketing Technology Specialist position located in Provo, Utah. Preferred Skills:
Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and content teams
Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely)
Exposure to data visualization or reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or GA dashboards)
Ability to manage projects and timelines across stakeholders with competing priorities
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and optimize company websites built in WordPress and Webflow
Own the implementation and maintenance of Digital Ads tracking & analytics
Google Ad Suite, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking or attribution tools (e.g., Invoca, Hotjar, etc.)
Meta Ads
Microsoft Ads
Support marketing campaigns through technical execution (landing pages, form integrations, tracking pixels, etc.)
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to implement web changes aligned with brand and UX goals
Ensure SEO best practices are followed in on-page implementation and technical site health
Monitor site performance, uptime, and basic security hygiene in coordination with IT and DevOps
Document processes and maintain transparency around marketing technology configuration and changes
Assist with technical integrations between marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and the website
Proactively identify areas to improve site performance, marketing automation, and digital analytics maturity
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in a web, martech, or digital marketing operations role
Solid working knowledge of WordPress and Webflow (CMS structure, page creation, plugin management, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript)
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and general tag management strategy
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working across teams
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Invoca, or similar is a plus
Understanding of SEO principles and web performance monitoring tool
