This Position reports to:

Your Role: Own the Challenge
As Local Lead Division Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective market strategy for the Motion NEMA Motors Division within the national market scope. Your mission is to strengthen and grow ABB’s market presence and drive sustainable business.
You will lead the definition, planning, and execution of the market/sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products and systems. This includes ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, team and people development as well as customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will oversee all common functions for the Motion business in Mexico and foster synergy creation in collaboration with other Local Division Managers (LDMs).
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Nema Motors division in Mexico and the Motion Business Area in Mexico.
