JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties:
- Nearly independent on sales execution and able to share good practice to the sales team.
- Initiate strategy for customer assigned and new product launch, build relationship with key users and implement pricing and accounts CME activity
- Elevate feedback from customer; analyses and report SFE result; provide suggestion and action and track follow up.
- Engage the opinions of key stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, high prescribing physicians, regional wholesalers), as identified by the Brand Team strategy and by the activities planned in the district in field team
- Manages and develops customer relationship to create both customer’s & company’s maximum benefit
- Analysis and reporting customers performance; design and development of effective solution
- Deliver expected performance and achieve sales in responsible district
- Ensure that engagement plans across districts are aligned with brand strategy and that overall execution across district is in line with expectations
- Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and Affiliate Safety Representative respectively.

Territory Sales Achievement:
- Territory Sales volume and growth, Sales vs Target performance
- Grow territory Market share above market rate.
- Increase hospital/ formulary listings.
Territory Business Planning:
- Implementation of POA’s & field tactics based on agreed timelines.
- Target coverage of customers achieved.
- Target Call rate achievement
- Target call frequency achieved.
Customer Focus and Service
- Knowledge of and access to KOL’s/ key accounts
- Participation of KOL’s in EPD programs
- Customer feedback (e.g., recall on core message delivery) CLM dashboards.
- Fast response time to requests for service.
Reporting/ Administration
- Timely submission of Monthly Reports
- Clarity and relevance of intended actions outlined in Monthly Reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or business-related subject; Good command of Mandarin.
- Minimum 3 years strong sales track record including minimum 3 years of sales representative experience with success.
- Understanding of the commercial principles underpinning the pharmaceutical market. Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good industry and organization intelligence
- Advanced selling skill, territory management and business management skills in pharmaceutical industry
