You will serve as customer-facing staff, owning operational plans to meet business needs and support the execution of effective sales strategies.

As a Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Providing commercial leadership to the Subsea and Surface Pressure Systems (SSPS) business in Latam delivering orders, targets and growth in the market.
  • Developing customer relationships to increase early engagement and product adaption.
  • Owning and developing your sales pipeline.
  • Understanding customer requirements and competitor approaches to improve your sales strategies.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have higher education in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, supported by solid experience in Subsea and Surface Pressure Systems (SSPS).
  • Have fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
  • Have strong experience in sales and marketing, preferably in commercial and/or sales roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the subsea equipment industry, with solid exposure to Christmas Trees, Wellsystems and Manifolds.
  • Have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical content to diverse audiences.
  • Have proven ability to document, plan, market and execute programs, supported by established project management skills.
  • Have strong availability to travel, including monthly trips to Macaé as required by business needs.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset combined with technical depth to support customer engagement and deal execution.
  • Have desirable knowledge of financial mathematics, enabling support to financial planning activities and the conversion of equipment orders into revenue recognition.
