Institutional Sales Director, Switzerland

Dimensional are looking to hire an Institutional Sales leader to join our Munich/London office and drive forward efforts across the Swiss region, reporting to a local CEO and Global Head of Institutional Sales. This is a key hire in the region as we seek to grow our institutional presence across Europe and as such requires a candidate who enjoys building a business through proactive business development and outreach. The successful individual will create and develop relationships with institutional investors throughout Switzerland as well as support broader continental Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of building strong relationships at all levels of a client’s business to understand their investment needs and identify selling opportunities.
This role is ideally suited to an individual who enjoys the pursuit of new client acquisitions as well as developing and deepening existing relationships. Success in the role will require the candidate to acquire a deep understanding of Dimensional’ s business processes, investment philosophy and approach, and effectively articulate this to clients. The candidate will work directly with the global distribution business along with other internal departments such as marketing, portfolio management, and analytics to ensure clients receive exceptional service and be accountable for the team delivering it.
