The role will bridge the gap between enterprise finance and high-level analytics. The ideal candidate is skilled in data manipulation, problem-solving, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical partners. The Senior Finance Data Analyst will be responsible for recommending and implementing changes.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,800 - $148,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Recommend and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business needs
• Translate business requirements into data queries and analysis plans
• Perform statistical analysis to support business initiatives
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements
• Automate recurring data processes and reporting workflows
• Present findings and recommendations to the business
• Support data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance,  Accounting, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years proven expertise in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Expert level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in professional communication and presentation skills
• Foundational understanding of finance concepts (cost structures, forecasting, reporting) and direct exposure to SAP and Salesforce data structures.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Understanding of business intelligence frameworks
• Experience working with large, sophisticated datasets
• Knowledge of statistical modeling or predictive analytics
• SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred
• Intuition for business and stakeholder engagement
