What you’ll achieve

As a Pilot, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company’s Gulfstream G280 aircraft. You will work alongside a team of experienced aviation professionals in a dynamic, mission-driven environment supporting global business travel.

 

You will:

  • Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • Participate in pre-flight planning, weather analysis, and aircraft performance calculations.
  • Support post-flight duties including documentation, debriefs, and aircraft readiness.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and customer service.
  • Be available for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Requirements

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with Multi-Engine Rating
  • G280 Type Rating w/500 hours in type
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
  • Valid passport with unrestricted international travel eligibility
  • Willingness to work varied hours and lift up to 50 pounds


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Multi-crew flight experience
  • CFI, CFII, and MEII certifications are a plus
  • Based in Northern/Central Massachusetts or willing to relocate

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $159,800 - $206,800, which includes base salary and commissions.
