The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Project Manager to join our Restaurant Marketing (B2B) team and lead the full lifecycle of B2B project management, ensuring seamless communication and execution across all marketing channels. This individual will report to the Director of Customer Marketing and coordinate cross-channel strategies for some Customer Marketing efforts, including third-party advocacy campaigns and go-to-market campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings marketing expertise, business strategy, and analytical abilities, with excitement to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams. This individual is also a seasoned leader who inspires trust, motivates teams, and confidently challenges the status quo when needed. This role requires a visionary and a problem solver, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and push results across multiple channels and projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed plans by defining the scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines of each project. You will coordinate resources and lead project brainstorming to completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content managers, product, and marketers.
  • Performance Tracking: Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and projects, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communications: Regularly update stakeholders on achievements and any issues that may arise, facilitate meetings, and offer clear communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Team Management: Identify team requirements, establish a diverse team of Project Managers, and foster strong connections with different teams in the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience required, with 3+ years in project management within marketing
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and high-quality results
  • Marketing savvy with an understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Ability to run multiple projects, stay organized, and meet moving deadlines
  • Self-motivated and a strong teammate who understands collective success
  • Ability to train and guide team members on how to project manage and amplify impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts to multiple audiences

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada-located role is $106,000 - $120,000 CAN.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
