NGEN is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) portion of NGEN, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to support User Support Services as one of the key members of the Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the results of customer satisfaction surveys, which will be utilized to develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Survey Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Survey Tool, encompassing a SQL database, web interface with dedicated server, and other ancillary support programs

  • Maintain Qualtrics Survey Tool instance, assisting in the maintenance and creation of surveys and dashboard

  • Analyze survey data using programs such as Excel, R Studio and Power BI

  • Develop presentations and reports on a monthly/quarterly/ad hoc basis

  • Report survey findings to internal and external customers

  • Partner with customers to determine how to best use survey results to identify improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with customer to develop new surveys, this includes requirements analysis, survey questionnaire, identifying target audience, etc.

  • Respond to email inquiries from survey participants

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizen

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

  • CompTIA Sec+ CE certification, or the ability to obtain

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of prior related work experience.  Will accept 8 years of related work experience in place of degree

  • Relational database experience- SQL Server and/or Oracle

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA macros)

  • Proficient in R programming language for statistical analysis and modeling

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Desire to enhance technical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the following:

    •  Qualtrics

    • JavaScript

    • Power BI dashboard creation

  • NMCI Administrative Account

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated/ self-directing

  • Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required

  • Ability to manage and prioritize own work

  • Independent decision making

  • Analytical thinking; thinking out of the box

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels (SME to Senior Management)

  • Ability to analyze problems at various levels (e.g. detail level, overall organizational impact, etc.)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
