JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement regarding automation systems implemented within Allegro Manufacturing and Test processes
  • Drive improvements and optimization of all existing manufacturing and/or equipment automation systems
  • Respond and be the single point of contact for all incidents related to all existing manufacturing and/or equipment automation systems
  • Drive the root cause analysis troubleshooting, provision of corrective actions and documentation of break fixes for all manufacturing and/or equipment automation systems
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
  • Identifies new and upcoming technologies in automation.
  • Manage automation engineers, internal to CIM. Develop subordinates to be effective in developing automation systems implemented within Allegro Manufacturing and Test processes.
  • Work to develop a career ladder for the subordinates and setting career goals to follow the ladder

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field
  • Familiarity of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably with CAMSTAR MES
  • Minimum of five (5) years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in the assembly and test areas with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Mature, Stable and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to easily relate with people in various levels of the organization
  • Ability to work under pressure
